Stuffed language from eggplant

For cooking, we need:

Medium -sized eggplants – 4 pcs.

Any hard cheese – 100 g.

The bulb is slightly larger than average – 1 pc.

Large tomato – 1 pc.

Garlic – 3 teeth of medium -sized

Mayonnaise – 2 teaspoons

Vegetable oil for frying

Method of preparing a language stuffed from eggplant:

We remove the stalk from eggplant, mine and dry the eggplant. We cut evenly in half. Spoon carefully remove the pulp. Sprinkle abundantly with salt and set aside.

Clean the onion, cut it strips, chop the pulp of eggplants and fry together. Cut the tomato cubes, chop the garlic (you can through the press), add cooled fried onions and eggplant pulp, mayonnaise and half grated cheese. Mix thoroughly.

We rinse the eggplant molds from salt, dry it (you can miss with a napkin or paper towel). With a teaspoon, tightly fill the molds with the filling (without a slide!). We bake in the oven preheated to 200-220s 35-40 minutes. Remove from the oven sprinkle the remaining cheese and bake it until golden crust (you can use the grill).
