Soup with Tamerind

Tamarind is a plant of the bean family, also called Indian dates. Often used in the oriental kitchen, gives dishes a sour taste. Be sure to try this Vietnamese soup with Tamarint, especially all lovers of healthy food. Cooking time: 30 min.

Ingredients (for 6 servings):

30 gr. Supova mixture with Tamerin

450 gr. mushrooms

1/4 cup of fresh ginger, chopped

15 fresh basil leaves

1 tbsp. l. Acute souses Chili

400 gr. shrimp, peeled

1 packaging noodles of udon several stems of green onions

1/4 cup of dried basilic

225 ml. canned bamboo shoots in a cut

Preparation:

Pour 8 glasses of water into the pan, bring to a boil, pour a soup mixture with tamerin. Add fresh ginger, mushrooms, dry basil, canned bamboo shoots, 2 packs of Japanese noodles, and a tablespoon of acute pepper. Mix, bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes.

Add shrimp and leave for another 8 minutes. Before serving, decorate the soup with green onions and basil leaves.
