Soup from cereals and beans (Imbreciata)

Ingredients:

* 50 g. pearl barley, barley, wheat

* 50 g. Roman beans and lentils

* 50 g. corn

* 5 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil of cold squeezing

* 100 g of bacon chopped by long slices

* 2 chopped bulbs

* 150 g. tomato puree

* 1 liter of water or broth

Soak separately beans and cereals for the whole night. The next day, drain the water and boil them in different pots, withstanding the set time cooking time for each type.

Heat olive oil in a low pot and fry a bacon in it, cut by narrow long slices, and chopped onions. Add chopped marjoram and tomato puree. 15 minutes over low heat. Then put cereals and beans, stir everything thoroughly.

Add water or broth and cook a few more minutes.
