To prepare a sand ring, you will need:

One egg

Oil – 200 grams

Sugar – 130 grams

Flour – 350 grams

Baking powder – ½ teaspoon

Vanilin – one bag

Salt – one pinch

Method of preparation:

All ingredients, except flour, are laid in a bowl and beat with a mixer until the sugar is completely dissolved.

After that, pour the flour and knead the dough.

Then we send the dough to a cold place and let him lie there a little.

When we get it, roll out the layer from it with a thickness of the order of 1 cm and cut out the rings.

We take a baking sheet, cover with baking paper and put cookies on it.

Lubricate each cookies with yolk and sprinkle with chopped nuts. You can do without nuts, I sprinkled just with sugar.

We heat the oven to 200C and bake sand rings for 10-12 minutes. We make sure that they do not be browned.
