Ingredients (for 4 portions):
500 grams of pumpkin batternate, cleaned and chopped into pieces of 2 cm

2 green tsukkini, coarsely chopped

125 grams of bacon chopped into thin slices
200 g of dry pasta Penne
1/3 cup of fresh basil leaves
80 GR Parmesan
Preparation:
Heat the oven to 230 °. Put on 2 trays for baking paper. Put the pumpkin and fennel on the first tray. On the other – tsukkini and onions. Lubricate with oil. In the oven, put a tray with pumpkin, with a tsukkini – below. Bake for 10 minutes. Add the bacon to the tray with pumpkin and bake for another 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, in salted water to cook pasta. Mix with vegetables and basil. Put on plates, sprinkle with parmesan and serve to the table.
