Frozen shrimp – 0.5 kg.

Boil pasta. In the meantime, we prepare a delicious filling for them. First, chop the garlic. It is best to do it with a knife, not a garlic. We defrost the shrimp with boiling water. Clean them. Fry the garlic in olive oil for 30 seconds. Add peeled shrimp and fry for about a minute. Then we remove the garlic from the pan.

Add sour cream to shrimp and grated hard cheese. Mix well. We are waiting for the cheese to melt. After that, turn off the fire. Add the contents of the pan to boiled pasta. We decorate with herbs.
