Preparation:
Still summer and you can enjoy delicious fresh fruits and berries we advise you to try such a melon soup-puree. Especially if you have a wedding in the fall and you firmly decided to lose weight to buy a wedding dress in size smaller and look just gorgeous, then such soup for lunch will be indispensable instead of traditional borsch, and your skin and hair will shine.
Place the chopped melon, vanilla extract and 2 tablespoons of sugar in the kitchen combine and chop it until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Strain through a sieve to form smooth fruit puree. Cool well.
Grind raspberries and the remaining sugar in the kitchen combine until a homogeneous mass is obtained and wipe through a small sieve. Refuse seeds.
To serve, divide puree from melon among small portioned plates. Place strawberry slices on top and pour puree from raspberries. With a small amount of stabbed ice.
