Oil
Dietetics offer any salad not with mayonnaise, but olive oil. Be careful: one tablespoon contains a little more than a hundred calories. Maybe you should not refuel salad at all? Better add products to it that they themselves give juice, for example, tomatoes.
Tuna
If you decide to just eat tuna, then you won’t object to you – this is one of the lowest -calorie products. This option is quite rare, most often people prefer to buy sandwiches with tuna, instead of sausages or ham. There is no benefit from this, because mayonnaise is necessarily added to such dishes.
Natural products
Such products are quickly scattered in supermarkets, although they are little different from the neighbors lying nearby. Yes, there are no pesticides in them, but natural potatoes fried in oil will not make you slimmer.
Sushi
Such a dish is not always dietary, carefully study the composition of the dish. Traditional “California” sushi contain mayonnaise, cheese and avocado, and this is far from a useful product for the body.
