Layers with cheese – recipe for cooking

Rub the cottage cheese with salt and softened margarine.

We dilute sugar and yeast in warm milk, pour into the cottage cheese, now pour the flour and knead the dough well.

Add 3 tbsp. l. Vegetable oil and knead another 5 minutes.

Put in a fairly warm place.

Rub cheese on a large grater, for a layer.

Add softened butter, pepper, 2 t. l. vegetable oil and mix all this.

When the dough rises, cripple it and put it on the table, sprinkled with pre -flour.

Spray the slope with flour and roll the dough with a half centimeter thickness.

Lubricate half the filling of the cheese with a floor layer of the dough, and the other half of the layer cover the filling.

Roll the resulting layer a little and again lubricate half the surface with the remaining filling and fold in half.

Sprinkle the layer with flour and roll it with a rolling pin to level it.

Now lubricate with vegetable oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Cut into pieces.
