Everyone has long been accustomed to the main part of the snacks on the festive table are occupied by ordinary salads. It would seem that there is nothing special to change anything here, but this is what we will do now, having prepared a snack cake from chicken fillet.
Ingredients:
(for cakes)
800 gr. chicken fillet
1 large onion
2 medium potatoes
2 tbsp. tablespoons of flour salt, spices
(for strata)
500 gr. mushrooms (boiled or frozen)
1 onion mayonnaise, vegetable oil
(for decoration)
1 Bulgarian pepper
1 boiled egg greens
Cooking order:
In the evening we rub chicken fillet with pepper, salt and favorite seasonings. We leave it in the refrigerator at night, twist in the morning in a meat grinder. In the resulting minced meat, add grated raw potatoes, chopped onion, flour and salt chopped with small cubes. Mix all components thoroughly and leave for 15 minutes. Pour vegetable oil into the pan and warm it over medium heat (it is important not to roll the pan so that the oil does not begin to burn, but you should not start with cold). We spread part of the minced meat into the pan (it is better to divide the entire minced meat into 5 approximately equal parts), evenly distribute and divide it with a spoon. Fry each cake until cooked, carefully turning it over so as not to fall apart.
Grind the mushrooms, cut the onion with cubes or half rings (as you like), fry all the components in vegetable oil. Add mayonnaise to taste to the resulting mixture, you can slightly sunken.
Transfer each cake with prepared filling, and just lubricate the surface of the latter with mayonnaise. On top you can decorate our cake with grated yolk, greens, and cut the petals for flowers from the bell pepper.
