I want to live a full life.
Living a full life means, first of all, to live more conscious. Listen to yourself how you feel next to friends, friends and partner. If you are unhappy with people around you, then just break the relationship. If you do not want to get out of bed in the morning, then tune in to positive events, let yourself do not complete unpleasant tasks on this day. Every day ask yourself the question: “What memories I would like to leave about today if it were the last day in my life?”.
I want to move more.
If you feel the need for movement, then forward! Just do not demand a lot from yourself at once. Upon returning from work, put on sports shoes and make a couple of circles around the house. This will be enough for a start to feel better.
I want to eat right.
Start the day with breakfast from a fruit salad, rollers made of coarse flour and low -fat cheese or cottage cheese. It will charge all day.
I want to use my free time with benefit.
Try to do something new on the weekend. The more active you are, the more fully you enjoy your free time. And you will notice that the weekend will be longer than usual. At first you can just plan a short walk with friends or a trip to relatives.
I want to learn how to relax correctly.
If you have a difficult day, then highlight yourself at least 5 minutes to relax. Sit straight, take a deep breath and exhale. Observe your thoughts without giving the events of assessments.
