We can talk about the benefits of seasonal greenery endlessly: here is vitamin C, and fiber, and iron. Start the green meosa right in the morning. Mangold’s early leaves, the first garden tops and young spinach will find their place in the mass of the usual “tomorrow” dishes – from scrambled eggs to toasts. Hurry to try – youth is more valuable, the faster passes.
Ingredients:
8 slices of bread
6 eggs
100 g of sour cream (30%)
50 g butter
A handful of spinach
A handful of any salad leaves
Salt
Pepper
Recipe for cooking
1. Dry the bread in a toaster or in the oven preheated to 200 ° C 8-10 minutes until golden.
2. In a small saucepan, connect 6 eggs, sour cream, salt, pepper, mix until smooth, add softened butter there and put on medium heat. Prepare the egg cream, constantly stirring with a whisk and preventing it from sticking to the walls of the stewpan. As soon as the cream thickens, add spinach to it, mix again and remove from heat.
3. Serve together toasts, egg cream and any green leaves that will be found in the refrigerator.
Bon appetit!
