What you need:
Flour, already sifted, 600 g and set aside two more tablespoons. 4 tablespoons of butter, sugar 2 tablespoons, 300 ml of milk, a tablespoon of salt, 2 eggs, a mixture of dried fruits 200 grams, dry yeast 7 grams, half a tablespoon of nutmeg, a little more tablespoon of ground cinnamon.
How to cook Easter buns:
Grind dried fruits. Beat eggs with warm milk. Grind flour with slightly softened butter, add spices, yeast, dried fruits, sugar, salt. Add eggs, knead the dough for buns, roll it in a ball, wrap it in a culinary film and leave for an hour.
Next, make round buns (5 cm in diameter) from the dough, put on a baking sheet and press them a little. On each bun to make cuts with a cross and not touch them (meaning buns :)) 40-45 minutes. In 5 tablespoons of water, dilute the flour appendix (those 2 st. tablespoons), transfer them to a culinary bag and apply them to incisions. Bake Easter buns in English for no longer than 20 minutes.
