Ingredients:
• 1 cup of wheat flour;
• 150 grams of dark Eskimo;
• 1 cup of large flakes of Hercules;
• 1 cup of dried coconut;
• 1 /2 cups of brown sugar;
• 1/4 cups of sugar powder;
• 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder;
• 125 grams of oil;
• 2 tablespoons of gold syrup;
• 2 tablespoons of water;
• 1/2 h. l. soda;
• 150 g. dark chocolate ghee.
Preparation:
Heat the oven to 160 ° C. Cover 2 large profiled sheet for baking with baking paper.
Mix flour, sketch, oats, coconut chips, sugar and cocoa powder in a large bowl.
Mix oil, gold syrup and water in a small pan over medium heat, until the oil is melted and the mixture becomes homogeneous.
Add soda. Add to the oatmeal and mix until smooth.
Put the mixture on prepared baking sheets at a distance of about 5 cm from each other with a tablespoon. Bake, changing the upper and lower trays in the middle of preparation, for 15 minutes or to a crispy crust. Set aside for 10 minutes to cool.
Place dark chocolate in a small heat -resistant bowl in a water bath and stir with a metal spoon until it melts. Transfer to a small plastic bag or confectionery bag. Bake and cut off the corner to make a small hole. Pour chocolate on top of cookies. Set aside for 5 minutes or until the icing is hardened.
