Creaming cake with jelly – the necessary ingredients:
Cream 20% fat – two glasses
Gelatin – 50 grams
Sugar to taste
Mint syrup – ½ cup
Orange syrup – ½ cup
Cherry syrup – ½ cup
How to cook a cream cake with jelly:
We pour gelatin with one glass of water and leave for swelling for 20-30 minutes, after which we dissolve in a water bath and divide into four equal parts.
Pour 1 into each syrup.5 cups of boiled water, heated, add ¼ part of the gelatin and mix thoroughly.
Then pour into forms with a layer of 1-1.5 cm and until completely solidified we put in the refrigerator for three to four hours.
Then cut into small pieces.
Next, beat the cream slightly, add sugar, the remaining gelatin and mix it to taste.
Then lay out pieces of multi -colored jelly, mix and put in the form.
The resulting cake for four to five hours, until completely solidified, put in the refrigerator.
Before serving to the table, we lower the shape with a cake for five to seven seconds into hot water, after which we carefully turn it on a plate. We decorate the cake with pieces of multi -colored jelly.
