Cookies “rose”

To prepare the cookies “roses” we need:

Yeast – 25 grams

Margarine – 250 grams

Flour – two glasses

Eggs – two pieces

Sour cream – 4 tablespoons

Sugar – 8 tablespoons

Walnuts

Method of preparation:

We need to prepare three mixtures:

The first mixture: two yolks, sour cream and yeast mix and remove in heat.

Second mixture: rub in flour on a grater margarine.

Third mixture: until a homogeneous mass, mix the remaining two proteins with sugar.

Three mixtures are ready, move on.

Mix the first and second mixture.

Then divide the resulting mass into four 4 parts and remove in the cold for an hour.

Then you take out one part and do the following.

Roll out the dough with a thin layer, lubricate the third protein mixture, sprinkle a little with fried nuts and turn off the roll. Then cut the roll with slices no thicker than 1 cm.

Put each piece horizontally on a baking sheet and form a rose from them.

And put a bake like ordinary cookies.

Before serving, sprinkle hot cookies with powdered sugar.
