Very tasty summer pies, which are very soft and crispy. If you do not have cherries, you can not worry, but take completely different berries.

Ingredients for pies with cherries and cottage cheese

For the test:

400 grams of flour

1 h. l. salt

150 grams of vegetable oil

150 grams of warm water

For the filling:

500 grams of cottage cheese

Half a glass of sugar

200 grams of cherries

1 pinch of salt

Recipe for cooking pies with cherries

Sift the flour into a bowl and make a small recess in the middle.

We take warm water and dissolve the salt in it, then add the oil and pour the resulting liquid into the flour.

Knead the dough, cover it with a towel and let stand for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, mix cottage cheese with a pinch of salt and sugar.

Peel the cherries from the seeds and add to the cottage cheese.

Now cut the dough into small pieces and roll out about 10 centimeters in diameter into circles.

Put the 1st tablespoon of the filling in the mugs and wrap it, as you like.

We heat the oven to 180 degrees and send our pies to it for 30 minutes, having previously lubricated them with an egg.

When the pies are ready, lubricate them with butter and serve them to the table.
