Cottage cheese is a very useful product in our diet. Cottage cheese is especially useful for our children. Try to cook an unusual, very tasty dish from this product – casserole of cottage cheese, vegetables and fruits.

This recipe is designed for 8 servings. And so, for 8 servings you need to take such products below:

– cottage cheese – 500g;

– Chicken eggs – 2pcs;

– semolina – 2.5 t. l.;

– sugar – ½ cup;

– sour cream – one and a half glasses;

– butter – 150g;

– raisins (necessarily without bones) – 1 cup;

– apples-7-8pcs;

– fig – 200g;

– carrots-3-4pcs;

– Spinach – 250g

Stages Cooking:

Stage 1: first you need to wash, clean and cut into strips (fine) carrots well. Next, it needs to be placed with butter, as well as add a small amount of water. Then add finely chopped spinach and simmer for another 5 minutes.

Stage 2: Now we cut figs and apples. Add them to vegetables, pour a well -beaten egg and mix well.

Stage 3: rub the cottage cheese, mix with sugar, mannered cereal, raisins and one beaten egg.

Stage 4: take a baking dish, lubricate with butter and carefully lay out all the ingredients in layers. There should be 4 layers in total. Therefore, evenly distribute the ingredients. And so, directly, layers: first cottage cheese, then a fruit-vegetable mixture and so on. The top layer is slightly sprinkled with oil and send to the oven. Bake.

You can decorate the dish at will and taste, but you need to serve the casserole on the table with sour cream.
