Buckwheat pie with chocolate and rum

To prepare a buckwheat pies, take the following ingredients:

Buckwheat flour (preferably large grinding) – 150 grams.

Sugar – 150 g.

Butter – 150 g.

Gorky chocolate – 150 gr.

Rum – 5 t. l.

Squirrels – 5 pcs.

Baking powder – 1 h. l.

Vanilin – 1 bag

Whipped cream

Buckwheat Pile Pies Recipe

Miles bitter chocolate with oil.

Add to melted chocolate 5 t. spoon rums and mix everything well.

Now add buckwheat flour mixed with baking powder and vanillin. Mix everything well.

Beat the proteins in foam, add a little sugar, after which we carefully interfere with the dough.

We take a form with a diameter of 20 centimeters and lubricate it with oil, lay out baking paper to the bottom, and pour the dough on top.

We send the form for 30-35 minutes to the oven, which we warmed up to 180 degrees. Readiness can be checked using a wooden skewer.

Put the finished pie on the dish, cool and sprinkle with cocoa powder. Serve with whipped cream to the table.
