Pour 1 liter of water into the pan, plant a little and put on fire.
After the water boils, pour pre -washed buckwheat into it and cook until cooked.
Peel and cut the onion in small pieces, also cut our mushrooms. After cutting, fry in butter.
Mix cooked buckwheat with fried mushrooms and onions.
Paste butter in a water bath.
Three on the grater cheese.
We take the shape and lay out half the mixture from buckwheat porridge, sprinkle with half the cheese. Then we make another 1 layer of porridge and cheese, and fill everything with melted butter.
We heat the oven to 200 degrees and put the shape there for 10-15 minutes (prepare until golden brown).
