Breakfast with sausage

Ingredients: 450 g of pork sausage10 eggs, slightly beaten 3 cups of milk2 teaspoon of dry mustard1 teaspoon of salt 6 cubes of bread 2 glasses of grated spicy cheese Cheeder1/2 hours. l. black pepper1/2 cups of chopped mushrooms (if desired) 1 average tomato, cleaned of seeds and finely chopped (if desired) 1/2 cup of thinly chopped green onions (optional)

Preparation:

Heat the oven to 160 degrees with. Fry the sausage in a large frying pan over medium heat, often stirring until it ceases to be pink. Mix eggs, milk, mustard and salt in a big bowl, beat well well.

Distribute half the bread cubes evenly in a lubricated form for baking about 20x30x5 cm in size. Sprinkle with half pepper, half cheese, half of the sausage and half of each additional ingredient. Repeat the layers using the remaining bread, pepper, cheese, sausage and additional ingredients. Pour the egg mixture evenly along the pan.

Bake the casserole opened for 55-60 minutes in a preheated oven, or until the eggs are baked. Cover with foil if the top begins to bake too quickly.
