The first in the list are normalized cream: I ask you to pay attention to normalized, and not restored! Creams brought to a certain level of fat content by breeding the cream received after separating the cream with ordinary milk or the so -called “call” are considered normalized. Why is it needed? The fact is that the cream itself is fat to be indecent, so in order to bring it to the desired fat content, which fluctuates from 10 to 40%, and use normalization. That is, the nature of normalized cream is absolutely natural and there is no question of any “powders and mixtures”.
E -472 is the esters of mono – and dilcerides of milk and fatty acids. The side effects of this food supplement are not known, it is allowed in the EU, Russia, Ukraine, etc. D. There is information that this complex of fats is processed in the body in the same way as any other fats. True, there is an assumption that the additive can be GM, since it is often used to produce all, which is mainly in the world a product of genetic engineering.
E-407 or Carragan and his salt-a stabilizer whose harmful effects on the body are also unknown, or rather, known, but not recognized. Thus, the International organization The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations announced very disappointing results: regular consumption of products containing E-407 is fraught with ulcerative disease.

Of course, this specimen does not reach ordinary homemade whipped cream, but today many manufacturers replace in the production of various sweets just cream, this is the mixture.
