Tender, baked native fillets are well eaten by children. Apples and yogurt sauce give additional sourness and tenderness to this dish. Turkey fillet is quickly prepared and easily chews, so my children adore it.
Ingredients (for 2 days, 2 adults + 2 children): turkey fillets
700 g apples average
2 pcs.. (you can more) onions 2 pcs…
Yogurt is natural
300 g egg 2 pcs..
Salt, pepper to taste grated
100 grams water or broth or white dry wine

TECHNOLOGY:
1. We cut the turkey fillet into rectangular pieces of about 1 cm by 5 cm, salt and simmer in a pan under the lid in our own juice for 10 minutes.
2. At this time, cut the onion with half rings and apples with slices.
3. We lay out turkey fillets in a baking dish
4.We put apples in the pan and fry them with a turkey juice, stirring 1 min.
5. Turn on the oven heat if it is electric (220 gr)
6. Then add onions to apples and fry for 5 minutes until golden brown, then pour water, broth or wine, cover with a lid and simmer for another 3 minutes.
7. While the apples with the onion are stewing mix yogurt, grated cheese and eggs with a fork.
8. Lay out onions and apples over a turkey.
9. Pour yogurt sauce and put in the oven. (If the oven is gas, then we turn it on now)
10. We bake for 20 minutes
