What you need:
4 pcs. trout fillets with skin or 2 whole fish, panning crackers 50 grams., A tablespoon of butter oil, one lemon, a small bunch of parsley, cedar nuts 25 g., A tablespoon of olive oil and, of course, pepper and salt.
How to cook baked trout:
Lubricate the baking sheet with olive oil and put the fish with leather down. If you do not have a ready -made fillet, then the whole fish is separated by the head and cut it with a very sharp knife along the ridge bone. Cut the fins and tail, remove all the bones.
Mix crackers, butter and pine nuts in the cup. Remove the zest on fine grater from lemon and squeeze the juice. Parsley very finely chop and add to the cup. Salt and pepper. Mix all the ingredients and put on each fillet using a spoon. Close so that each piece is closed.
Bake, approximately 10-15 minutes. Temperature when preparing a dish of 200 degrees. You can serve baked trout in crackers with slices of potatoes or any vegetable side dish. Enjoy to everyone appetite! Have you tried pike cutlets baked? If not, try it!
