Baked “pizza-mech” with a filling (Calzone ripieno al forno)

Ingredients:

* 2-3 pcs. (100 g) ripe tomatoes

* 200 g of ricotta cheese

* 150 g of Motzcearel cheese

* 100 g of chopped salam

* 3-4 tbsp. tablespoons of finely chopped basil

* 3 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil

* salt, pepper

* 1/2 Art. (50 g) grated parmesan

Clean tomatoes from skin and grains, cut them with cubes, and then lay them out on the basis of pizza. Crush the ricotta, cut with cubes Motzcearella and Salam, and then mix everything with the basil. Add olive oil to get a soft mixture, salt and pepper. Lay out this mixture on half the basics for pizza and sprinkle with grated parmesan. Turn the dough so that it turns out a crescent, then carefully protrude the edge.

Bake such a “pizza-mech” in the oven at a temperature of 220 degrees to a brood.
