This is a fairly tasty dish, requires a minimum of ingredients, but the goose is preparing for a long time.

The necessary ingredients for the preparation of a baked goose:

Large goose

Antonov apples – 1 kilogram

Garlic – 2 heads

Juniper – 1 h. l.

The goose carcass must be thoroughly gutted and scorch. We wash the carcass several times in cool water, after which we dry.

Grind the garlic and juniper berries very finely, then mix them well and add salt. The resulting mixture rub the goose from the inside.

Antonovka is washed and cut into quarters. These quarters are very tightly stuffed with a goose carcass.

Sew the carcass and put it on a baking sheet.

We send the goose for 2-3 hours (depending on the size) to the preheated oven.
