Try to sweeten your life a little by this simple fruit dessert recipe with creamy sauce.
Ingredients (for 4 portions):
4 small red apples
2 ripe pears
1 small lemon cut in half
40 g of unsalted butter
2 tbsp. l. Light reed sugar
200 ml of white wine
2 figs cut in half
2 tangerines or small orange cut in half
100 g of blueberries
200 g of thick Greek yogurt
1 tbsp. l. with a slide of light reed sugar
Preparation:
Heat the oven to 180 ° C. Prepare a large baking dish, put baking paper in it, slightly grease with oil.
On each apple, make an incision over the entire height, from top to bottom. Cut the pears in half, clean the core and rub with lemon slices.
Put apples and pears on a baking dish. Cut the butter into several small pieces and put on top of each fruit. Then sprinkle fruits with sugar and pour wine. Put in the oven, bake for about 35 minutes.
Add chopped figs and tangerines (oranges) to the dish, bake another 10 minutes until the tangerines soften.
Meanwhile, prepare a cream sauce. To do this, put yogurt in a small bowl, sprinkle with sugar. Let stand for about 15 minutes so that the sugar dissolves, then beat the yogurt.
Using a slotted spoon, put baked fruits on a plate or dish, add blueberries and cooked cream sauce. Pour all this with hot fruit juice from baking dishes and serve to the table.
