Potatoes – four pieces

Sea perch – four 200 grams fillets

Green onions – ½ bundle

Butter – four teaspoons

White wine or vegetable broth – 300 ml

Mustard – four teaspoons

Grated horseradish – two teaspoons

Black ground pepper

Salt

How the fish baked in the oven with potatoes is prepared:

We clean the potatoes, wash and rub on a coarse grater.

Then we carefully squeeze, and in order to remove excess moisture, put it on a paper towel.

Finely chop green onions.

We heat the butter in a pan and, stirring, fry the onion and potatoes a little on it.

Pepper and salt to taste and remove the pan from the fire.

To the potato mass add grated horseradish, mustard and mix.

Heating to 200C oven.

Next, wash the pieces of fish fillet, dry with a paper towel and rub with black ground pepper and salt.

Then we cover the baking sheet with aluminum foil and lay out the fish.

On each piece of fish fillet, put a mixture of fried onions with potatoes and spices.

Further to the bottom of the baking sheet, pour the vegetable broth or white dry wine and put the fish in foil for 15-20 minutes in the oven.

Tip: In order for fish pieces to not fall apart during cooking and maintain a well, they need to be rubbed with salt and ground black pepper 15 minutes before cooking from all sides.
