Baked apples with nuts and raisins

Juicy and aromatic baked apples with nuts and raisins. A special note to this dessert adds a rum diluted with water, in which our apples with filling will be baked. Cooking time: 45 minutes.

Ingredients (for 4 portions):

4 ripe apples

40 g of butter at room temperature

2 tbsp. l. chopped almonds

2 tbsp. l. raisins

80 g of brown sugar

1/3 cup of water

1 tbsp. l. Roma

1/2 cup of liquid cream additionally cream, for supply

Preparation:

Heat the oven to 180 ° C.

In every apple, make a recess and extract the core with bones. Also on each apple, approximately in the middle, make a horizontal incision of the peel so that it does not crack during the baking process.

In a bowl, make the filling for apples, to do this, mix butter, almonds, raisins and half sugar, mix.

Fill each apple with prepared filling of nuts and raisins, and place in a baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining sugar around apples, pour water and rum. Put in the oven, bake apples for about 35 minutes, until they begin to soften. Add liquid cream and bake for another 5 minutes, until the apples are completely soft.

Baked apples with nuts and raisins are ready, it remains only to shift them to plates, embalch the sugar syrup formed when baking and serve with cream to the table.
