I must say right away that the pie is very tasty, my kids immediately dismantled it and went with it to play logical games online, I can’t wean them, not at the computer. But back to the recipe, this is what we need to prepare this delicious cake:

For the test:

Yolk – 2 pieces

Sugar – 60 grams

Flour – 120 grams

Oil – 100 grams

Baking powder – 2 teaspoon

Sour cream – 60 grams

For the filling:

Apples – 2 pieces

Yolk – 1 piece

Vanilla sugar

Cottage cheese – 250 grams

Sugar to taste

For filling:

Sugar – 100 grams

Egg protein – 3 pieces

Method of preparation:

Knead from the ingredients for the test sticky dough.

After that, take the shape with a diameter of 21-23 cm, lubricate it with oil and distribute the dough along the bottom and edges.

After distribution, we put the form in a cold place.

We wipe the cottage cheese through a sieve. You can just all the ingredients for filling except apples, beat in a blender.

Clean the apples and cut them either with small cubes or thin slices.

Then, the basis, already cooled and seized, evenly spread the cottage cheese, and on top of it we put apples with an even layer.

Next, heat to 180 degrees the oven and put the pie to bake.

Meanwhile, whip the protein with sugar. If you need a simple pull, then beat the squirrels a little to get strong foam, and if you need a crispy crust of the meringue, then beat the proteins for a long time so that they turn into a foam that does not fall.

When the edges of a baking pie, they will take a slightly golden hue, cover the top of the pie with whipped proteins and bake for a few more minutes before the proteins also become golden.

After that, cool the pie and you can eat!
