Sweet apple pancakes sprinkled with cinnamon, it is best to serve them with vanilla yogurt and blueberries. Cooking time: 45 minutes.
Ingredients (for 12 servings):
2 cups of self -crazy flour
1/2 hours. l. soda
1/2 hours. l. cinnamon
0.4 cups of small sugar
2 cups of kefir
2 hours. l. vanilla extract
1 egg, slightly whipped
1 apple, cleaned and grated
25 g of butter, melted vanilla yogurt of blueberries, a mixture of sugar with cinnamon (3: 1), for serving
Preparation:
Sift flour and soda in a bowl, add cinnamon and sugar, mix, make a recess in the center of the mixture.
Beat kefir, eggs and vanilla extract in a separate bowl, add to the flour mixture. Mix, add a grated apple, mix until smooth.
Warm up a large pan with anti -stick coating over medium heat, grease it with oil. Pour three portions of cooked dough into the pan, gently distribute the dough with a spatula to make a more or less similar pancake shape. Fry for about 3-4 minutes until bubbles begin to appear on the surface of the pancakes. Turn over, cook a couple more minutes, or until golden. Transfer to a plate, cover with foil so that pancakes do not cool. Repeat with the remaining tests, in total it should turn out about 12 pancakes.
Put the finished apple pancakes on plates, add vanilla yogurt and blueberry berries on top, and sprinkle sugar and cinnamon with a mixture.
