Now the window is spring, it’s time when everything comes to life and is born again. Everyone wants to look young and beautiful at any time of the year, but after the winter – especially. Most of all this are striving for girls. But everyone wants to be delicious and with appetite, but only so that later it does not display on the figure and health. Some sit on a variety of diets, denying themselves in many ways and melting themselves hunger in nutria, while others simply sometimes make fasting days for themselves. They are of different types. For example, there is nothing to eat all day, or drink only kefir, or eat only raw vegetables and fruits. And there is such a type of fasting day as a salad day, when only salads are used in any form, and only low -calorie.
We usually come up with a diet and menu for ourselves. It even happens that we can’t stand it and break off.
I want to try with you to pick up several salads for spring time. For the holiday we always make salads, because then our festive table would not be so rich if not for salads.
The other day I made a salad called “piquant”. There are many options for making a piquant salad. But we liked this:
3 eggs, onion, apple, gram of 100 hard varieties and half a glass of walnuts are needed.
Eggs, cheese and apple are rubbed on a coarse grater, cut the onion and pour boiling water for a few minutes.
Now we are forming our salad.
We pour the eggs with mayonnaise and lay out the cooled onion on top. Put chopped walnuts on the onion.
Water with mayonnaise, lay out apples and sprinkle with cheese.
We put the salad into the cold or in the refrigerator, in order to infuse and saturated, about two to three for an hour. On top you can sprinkle with herbs.
Such a salad was really tasty, but petty and light.
