How to motivate yourself

A lot about motivation is said and written, so I will bring my five cents and tell you by points what helps me.

Point listen to yourself. Understand what you want to get from yourself and others (at the moment and in general in life) is already halfway to achieving the goal, which you may not even know anything yet.

The point set the real achieved goals (it is best to write down and attach in a prominent place to re -read at least once a day). We are all individual and the desire for an ideal goal can become not only endless, but also lead to depression, so we will only compare ourselves with ourselves and evaluate our personal successes. They will be the best motivation.

The point is by no means raping yourself. We use a flexible approach. It was not possible to implement the plan A, we go to plan B and so to the victory.

The item concentrates on what they are doing. 15 minutes with complete concentration on one task, much more effective than the hour, which we plan to redo several things at the same time. It is appropriate to mention and apply the principle of eating an elephant in pieces.

Dream Point 7-8 hours will make the next day more productive.

The final item. Live in harmony with the world (no matter how difficult it may). The world in the soul is the key to good health, firstly, and the key to success in achieving the goal, secondly. Therefore, be sure to find your method of increasing stress resistance.
