8 pieces of eggs
400 g of mayonnaise
For the filling:
4 flooded cheese
300 g of mayonnaise
2 cloves of garlic
First, prepare the filling for the egg roll. Grate the melted cheese, add chopped garlic and season with mayonnaise. (Before grinding, the garlic must be cut in half and removed the core, thus it will be possible to avoid unpleasant garlic aftertaste).
Now let’s get the preparation of eggs. Beat eggs with mayonnaise into a homogeneous mass. We pour into the preheated pan the incomplete middle linen of the egg-major mass and fry the resulting pancake, without turning, until cooked, about five minutes. Remove the pancake from the pan, lubricate with the filling and twist into the roll. It turns out eight to ten eggs. Cool egg rolls in the refrigerator.
