In this recipe you will learn how to cook sorrel soup.
For this recipe, we will need the following ingredients:
A large bundle of sorrel
500 g of beef
4 medium potatoes
4 chicken eggs
30 g of dill
50 g of green onions
30 g of parsley

Preparation of sorrel soup
Pour the beef with water and cook over medium heat until cooked.
After cooking, we take out the meat and cut it into pieces, separating from unnecessary parts, and then return to the broth.
Finely chop the potatoes and pour into the meat, then bring to a boil.
We thoroughly rinse all the greens and sorrel and finely cut. Cook eggs and chop them finely.
