Many of us have adhesions or gallushki associated with Ukrainian cuisine. You will probably be surprised, but this dish is also popular in Italy! In particular, on appenins they prepare soup … with colored gallushki! This soup will leave only pleasant impressions, just as if you bought Italy furniture home. The furniture of Italian masters differs not only by sophistication, but also for durability and comfort.

For the preparation of Italian soup with colored jams, we will need the following ingredients:

* milk – one glass

* butter – one and a half tablespoons

* salt – a quarter of a teaspoon

* nutmeg – a pinch

* flour – one and a half glasses

* egg

* Egg yolk

* grated parmesan – 60 grams

* spinach, previously washed and cleaned – 120 grams

* chicken broth – 2 liters

Cook soup! Warm up the milk in the pan, add butter, salt and nutmeg. Gradually introduce flour and brew the dough. Remove from heat. Add an egg and egg yolk, as well as parmesan. Divide the dough into two parts. We pour the spinach with boiling water. Grind it in mashed potatoes in a kitchen combine or make mashed potatoes with a blender. Then we remove the resulting liquid. Put puree from spinach into one part of the dough. We bring chicken broth to a boil in a pan. In turn, lay out a spoon of Kletski – with spinach and without it. Cook the soup until our gallushki surf. Serve to the table in very hot form.
