A pretty appetizer for a large company in the form of cups from wrappers for tumons filled with pulp by avocados and tomato salsa. Cooking time: 25 minutes.

Ingredients (36 servings): olive oil spray

36 wtons

2 avocados

90 g (1/3 cup) natural yogurt

10-12 drops of red pepper sauce Tabasco

250 g of cherry tomatoes, chopped

1/2 small red onion, finely chopped

1/3 cup of chopped fresh cilantro

2 tbsp. l. fresh lemon juice salt pepper

Preparation:

Peel the avocado, cut in half, remove the seeds, grind the pulp to the state of puree.

Heat the oven to 190 ° C. Prepare a form for baking mini cupcakes with a volume of 30-40 ml, slightly sprinkle with oil. Put a wrapper for Vonton in each cell, press it so that it takes the shape of a cell. Bake in the oven for 8 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy crust. Pull out of the oven, let cool.

Meanwhile, transfer the pulp of avocado to a bowl, add yogurt, mix until a homogeneous mass. Add a few drops of Tabasco sauce to taste. In a separate cup, mix tomatoes, onions, cilantro and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper.

Fill the baked cups with a pulp of avocados, add tomato salsa on top and immediately serve to the table.
