Spaghetti or other pasta with all kinds of seafood is undoubtedly the most characteristic dish in the Mediterranean countries.
Spaghetti with chicken and patch beans-a dish-something between the salad and the main dish. Light with respect to calories. Spaghetti with seafood – a dish with a variety of “sea inhabitants” will undoubtedly like fans of fish delicacies.
For the preparation of spaghetti with chicken and patch beans, we need:
500 g spaghetti,
2 breasts of chicken (cut into small pieces),
2 tbsp. l. cut onions,
120 g of finely chopped bacon,
200 g of grated carrots,
200 g of green patch beans,
200 g of tomato juice,
0.5 cups of olive oil, salt, pepper.
Preparation of spaghetti with chicken and patch beans:
In a pan with heated olive oil, fry the onion, carrots, pieces of chicken and beans for about 5 minutes.
Then add tomato juice, salt and pepper and leave to cook until softening beans and meat (about 25 minutes).
Meanwhile, cook spaghetti and throw them to a colander.
As soon as the chicken sauce is ready, we connect it to the ready -made spaghetti.
Before serving, sprinkle the dish from above with any grated cheese.
Spaghetti with seafood
Ingredients for the preparation of spaghetti with seafood: shrimp -300 g, mollusks (mussels and others) along with shells -300 g, squid -300 g, karakatitsa -300 g olive oil -0.5 cups, garlic -2 tooth, parsley (finely cut) – 3 t. tablespoons, grated bitter red pepper -1 spoon, white wine -0.5 cups, salt, pepper, spaghetti -500 g.
Preparation of spaghetti with seafood:
My mollusks are good, clean and leave for a while in cold water. Calmes cut into circles, and we leave their tentacles whole. Leave the shrimp along with the shell.
In the pan, heat 3 t. l. olive oil and let the mollusks 10 minutes in it. Mollusks in which the shells did not open, we throw away.
In a deep pan, heat 6 t. l. olive oil and fry it garlic, parsley and red pepper over moderate heat.
Add squid, karakatitsa, salt and pepper. Having frying a few minutes, we extinguish with wine and leave to cook for another 10 minutes.
Add shrimp and mollusks. We cook all together for another 5 minutes. Remove the sauce from the heat and close the lid.
Cook spaghetti in salted water.
We stuck spaghetti and return them to the pan with sauce. We put all this again for a couple of minutes on fire so that all tastes can mix together.
When serving on the table, sprinkle the dish parsley.
