Hello, friends! Today we will taste sour cream 15% of the fat content of the Merry Moller trademark. Very few of the inhabitants of large cities buy homemade sour cream in the market, paying more and more attention to the “store”. Where is there, most do not even know the taste of this homemade sour -milk product! But is factory sour cream so useful and is it really in taste characteristics it is close to home? Let’s check this on the example of the copy we have chosen.

Sour cream according to GOST (DSTU) should have only two ingredients – cream and fermentation on pure crops of lactic acid bacteria. If there is some other ingredient in the composition, then the product is made according to the manufacturer’s own recipe (based on technical conditions-TU). This is just our case! After all, in the composition of the sour cream “Funny Milk”, as we see, there is also skim milk. How it will affect the quality of the product is unknown. We can only assume that skim milk was used only to normalize sour cream – when the cream is too fat to bring sour cream to the required percentage of fat content.

The pure mass of sour cream, as we see, was 230 grams, which is even more than the manufacturer indicated on the packaging.
13. Type and aroma. Sour cream is a homogeneous mass of white-cream color with a glossy surface. The consistency is viscous, but without lump. After we laid it on a plate, it does not spread, but holds on a slide, which confirms its quality (we talked about this in the article about the choice of sour cream).
The smell of ordinary sour -milk product, clean, is not felt yeast aroma.
14. Taste. Fermented milk, but bitterness is very pronounced. This distorted the impression of this product a little. Extraneous flavors, including yeast, are not felt.
