Puff pie with trout and herbs from Julia Pankova

I just love to cook, cooking, probably – this is my life. So I decided to please my loved ones with something delicious. I chose the recipe “Master of the Chef” by Julia Pankova “Plane Pie with trout and herbs”. I chose it specifically then, both tasty and useful and satisfying. Well, let’s start cooking. Products:

Fresh trout – 200 grams

Sour cream – 100 grams

Puff pastry – 500 grams

Egg, yolk – 1 piece

Salt – to taste

Pepper – to taste

Greens – to taste

Vegetable oil – to taste

Preparation: take our trout and cut it with cubes. Next, take parsley and dill, chop them. We take sour cream and connect it together with chopped greens and trout. Mix all this. Now take the puff dough and divide it into two parts. Lubricate the baking sheet with vegetable oil and put one part of the dough on it. We make small sides at the edges of the dough and lay out the filling. We cover the fish with the second part of the dough, make a couple of incisions on top and lubricate the top with the yolk. Now put in the oven and bake at 180 degrees until cooked. My fish turned out to be simply amazing, now I will more often prepare recipes “Master Chef”.Enjoy your appetite!
