Yes, I’m writing about food again.

This time these are goodies from my list – layers! Pieces from puff dough with different fillings … The filling can be sweet or salty, with sprinkling from seeds or sugar.

I am not one of those who love to bother and wax for a long time, so I buy ready-made puff dough in a super-market that I advise you! Now it is in the presence of different types: just puff-in the form of squares or rolls, puff-throat dough-very cool is ultimately-less tiny but more magnificent in the finished form.

What fillings I used and practice in my kitchen: cherries or apples with sugar, apricots or peaches, berries … Sweet fillings include cottage cheese with sugar and raisins, well, also nuts with cinnamon and sugar and dried fruits. Of the salty fillings, we love options from cheeses and sausages, mushrooms fried with onions, fresh greens with a raw egg and salt – you can’t imagine tastier!

I also tried to make classic sausages in the test! Simple, fast, available. What else is needed for loved ones and dear people?!
