For this dessert, not quite mature plums are best suited, so do not be upset if you bought not ripe fruits by chance.
The fruits of plums are not only a delicious berry, you can prepare wonderful desserts from them, use it as a filling for a pie or cook everyone’s favorite jam. Among other things, plums are used in the preparation of meat, they give a very interesting taste.
Ingredients for plum dessert at the rate of 4 portions:
Vanilla ice cream – 1 kilogram
Ground cinnamon – 2 tablespoons
Brown sugar – 3 tablespoons
Almond shavings – 3 tablespoons
Plum – 8 pcs.
Recipe for the preparation of plum dessert with ice cream
We soften the melted ice cream, add ground cinnamon to it and mix well, and then send it to the freezer.
Rinse the plums, cut them into 2 parts and remove the bones. Please note that plums must be cut across, and not along, so cut so that the skin does not wrinkle during baking.
Warm up the oven to 200 degrees. We take the baking sheet and lay out the plums not it, up the cut side, sprinkle with sugar and send it to the oven for 20 minutes.
We take out the baked plums out of the oven and sprinkle the almond with chips. We send the baking sheet with the plums back to the oven for 4-5 minutes, only this time put the grill mode.
Cool the plums and serve to the table with ice cream.
