Eating on vacation is relevant in the month of August. Already the end of summer. Very soon the sun will not become so burning and quiet.
I live in Ukraine, in the city of Kherson. In this wonderful city I was born. It is located in a very beautiful and strategic place to relax – located between the two seas – Black and Azov, along the Dnieper River.
So, there would be a desire, and where to relax is not a problem. Here and this weekend, my family decided to quit all things and wave at sea. I didn’t have to get together for a long time, there is a desire, a car and three days off. Let’s go!
Things collected things quickly, but I had to think over the list of products. Given that we eat right, we decided to buy products on the highway.
Here we are, as always, lucky. Kherson region is famous for gorgeous vegetables and fruits. Coming to the market you feel in a fairy tale.
“To the sea” to go 100 km, and on the way we examined small colorful markets with great pleasure. Along the highway, residents of villages expose products: potatoes, beets, tomatoes, cabbage, onions, cucumbers, carrots, tomatoes. From fruits: peaches, apples, pears, grapes, plums, melons and watermelons.
Everything was just removed from the beds or from a tree, and the hostess immediately took us for sale. We, licking in this beauty and tasty, were in a hurry to the sea. Time ran quickly and after a couple of hours, we are already lying on hot sand…
We have not noticed that summer is nearing our completion, so there were very, very many people. On the beach, the service is provided by the highest category – food and drinks with delivery before litter. I was curious to watch what food on vacation looks like. My thoughts read my thoughts and said: “It seems that people have been saving money for food for a year and now decided to allow themselves to eat everything!”
To which I answered her: “You know, I think that they always eat like that, this is their lifestyle. And in order not to get lost in mode, they did not change food on vacation, only it became more perverted – vacation!”
The topic of nutrition of people during the vacation was impossible not to notice. Belyashes fried in oil, pies, cutlets and sausages in the dough were worn along the shore. Eastern sweets fried in oil and filled with honey, biscuit cakes and honey cakes with cream. Smoked and salty fish, shrimp, seeds, stake and beer!
This is in a 50-degree heat! Truly, this is madness! An incredible number of products swept in the boxes with lightning speed. People lay in the sand and ate products in unlimited quantities. Beach, physical activity is completely excluded.
What caught my eye is the weight of people! Tentatively, 80 percent were people with obvious obesity from 1 to 3 degrees, more than 10 percent weight and only 10 percent were people of normal physique.
Someone will not understand me now and say: “Well, but what about without beer on the beach?”Yes, not in beer! If you just drink the beer, knowing that when the 1st of alcohol is combined, as much as 7 kc, drink! I was more worried about whites, cakes and children.
So what to feed on the beach of children? The main thing is that the products are fresh and washed. From what the boxes are offered, you can buy boiled corn. Take apples, peaches, pears, tomatoes, cucumbers and clean drinking water with you. You can take cookies, but only bellied, it should not be fat. You can dry the chopped bread – homemade crackers, the main thing is they will be without fillers with the letter E. Take bagels, children really like them.
But how to feed yourself a loved one? I want something to be more serious 🙂 more serious shrimp and dried fish can be more serious if you are absolutely confident in their freshness. This is very important, t. To. This is a perishable protein food. Add a tomato to them and you will receive an unforgettable pleasure. You can eat an apple or peach. Zamyozh in the sun 4-5 hours, you hide from it, really have lunch and rest. Everything will benefit. But how many do this?
And again I thought about the culture of consumption. A person, because of his shameless intemperance in food and drinks, dies, without having lived and half the term allotted to him. Science repeats that our liver is designed to serve us 120 years old. Yes, yes, the liver resource is designed for a long 120 -year!
Even animals when they get sick, they eat very chosen. Instinct forces the animal is what is useful for them, and a person consumes the most heavy food, drinking it with poisonous drinks. Then he wonders why such a low life expectancy!
In theory, we all really want a long life, but in practice we reduce it to a minimum. There is no excuse for this! It seems that high life expectancy and good health should be a rule, but alas! They are only its exception.
