Liquid cakes are always tastier than ordinary. If you agree with me, then you will probably like this recipe for homemade cakes with liquid filling inside. It is not so difficult to cook these cakes, especially if you know the sequence of actions. Three eggs
Three yolks from eggs
150g. butter
100g. Sahara
180g. flour
Cocoa
Melt chocolate with butter in a water bath.
They must completely melt.
Break three eggs and add three more yolks to them (without proteins!). Make sugar into the mixture.
Beat the mass with a blender until a homogeneous state.
Add melted chocolate with butter there.
Do not forget to add flour and whisk everything well so that there are no lumps left.
Lubricate the forms for cupcakes with a small amount of melted butter. Mix cocoa and flour in a proportion of one to one and sprinkle the forms.
Fill the molds by about three quarters. Bake muffins at a temperature of 180 degrees no more than ten minutes.
This is necessary so that the filling in the cakes is liquid.
