Mango pie and cottage cheese

Mango pie and cottage cheese for the holiday of Victory! Prepare this delicious wonderful pie for your loved ones.

What you need:

150 gr. eggs (3 eggs), 20 g. liquid vanilla, 45 gr. flour, 70 gr. sugar sand. 475 gr. Cottage cheese. 1.6 gr. small salt, 470 gr. Mango, 20 gr. sesame seeds, 605 g. Dough for the pie.

How to cook a mango pie:

We break the eggs to the blender, add vanilla, flour, sugar, cottage cheese, salt and mix for two minutes.

We spread parchment paper into a pie for a pie. We spread the dough rolled into a cake on top of the paper and pierce it with a fork, and wrap the edges of the dough inside the shape and pinch with a fork.

Clean mangoes and cut into small cubes.

Put the cubes of mangoes in the curd mass and mix. Put the prepared mass with an uniform layer in the shape on the dough. Sprinkle the surface of the pie with sesame seeds.

Warm up the oven to 180-190 degrees. We load into the stove a mold with a pie and bake for 40-45 minutes.

Readiness can be checked with a knife, sticking into a pie and taking out. A well -baked mango pie does not leave a trace on the knife blade.
