Minced meat (I buy pork) – 600 g, egg – 1 pcs., pepper – 6 pcs., onions – 1 head, carrots – 1 pc., rice – 0.5 t., Garlic – 2 cloves, tomato paste (ketchup) – 2 t. l., Salt – to taste.

And so, we wash the rice. We remove the core from the pepper, my. My onion, clean, finely chop. The carrots are also mine, clean and finely cut (you can grate on a coarse grater). Small the minced meat, connect it to rice, egg, onions and carrots. Mix everything. We fill with this mixture each pepper.
