Then take 250 g. wheat flour. It is better to add it in several stages so that the dough does not lump it very much, and the flour is well interpreted. The dough should turn out loose, almost like sand.

You can add many other ingredients to the prepared dough – lemon zest, vanilla sugar, walnut or pine nuts.

Now ordinary sugar (50 g.) mix with reed in the amount of 50 gr. Reed sugar will give color and a peculiar taste. In this mixture you need to pan prepared balls.

Prepare the baking sheet in advance, put parchment paper and go with butter. Lay out the prepared balls and press a little.

If desired, if you have cookies for cookies, you can roll out the dough with a rolling pin and squeeze out any shape that you like. This is a very exciting activity for children.

To a pre -warmed oven to 175 degrees, send a prepared baking sheet with cookies. Baking time 20 minutes.
