Ingredients:

750 ml (3 cups) boiling water

2 tablespoons of fish sauce

2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice

250 g of dry rice noodles

250 g of beef fillet steak

1 small brown onion, cut in half, cut into thin wedges

2/3 cups of fresh parsley leaves

1-2 small fresh red chili, finely chopped

Preparation:

Place the broth, water and ginger in a large pan. Cover with a lid and bring to a boil over high heat. Add fish sauce and lemon juice.
