For 4 servings we need: with carrots; 2 sweet peppers; 4 potatoes; 4 fresh cucumber cucumbers; 4-5 t. tablespoons of mayonnaise; 3 eggs; fresh greens for decoration – parsley, onions, dill. Recipe for cooking: 1. Carrots and potatoes are thoroughly under running water and boil without removing the peel. Cool, clean and rub on a coarse grater – so that grated vegetables do not bake up cover them with cling film or lid. Some of the vegetables can be left for design.2. Well washed and sample pepper with cucumbers cut into thin strips. We clean the boiled screwed and cooled eggs from the shell and finely chop with a knife.3. Put the prepared vegetables on a round flat dish, smear each layer with mayonnaise. We water the resulting cake surgery with the remaining mayonnaise and cover with the film carefully-put in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.4.
