Vegetables with white Deep

Do not be alarmed, DeP is just a thick spicy sauce in which you can dagger pieces of absolutely any food.

You will need to prepare a dish:

500 g. any soft cheese;

1 hard fresh lime;

2 tbsp. l. any olive oil; several leaves of fresh mint; black pepper; beam of green onions; bunch of fresh radishes;

2-3 cucumbers of any size;

3 stems of celery.

Cooking

Grate the Lima zest on finely grater, surviving after that all the juice from the pulp of the fetus. Mash the cheese with a fork and mix after that with the zest lime and olive oil. Then add finely chopped mint leaves to the resulting sauce and ground pepper to taste. Mix everything again and clean the refrigerator for a while.

Those vegetables that you will downs in the sauce should first prepare. Cucumbers and celery should be cut into bar, and remove the roots from radishes and onions. That’s all! The spring dish is ready. One has only to transfer DeP to a vacuum jar and go to nature with an open soul to enjoy the warm sun, fresh wind and a clear sky.

By the way, such a sauce can be used with absolutely any product – with meat, and with bread, and with fish. Pleasant appetite in the fresh air!
